Sean with this Company exhibited exemplary customer service. Extremely polite during our phone conversation when I was stuck on the roadside and needed immediate assistance. Very timely and was sensitive to my stressful situation. I will recommend this Towing Company to anyone who needs their services. Amazing!

THANK YOU MIKE FROM APE TOWING!As someone who works in a customer service driven industry, I can honestly say I have never received such great service as I did from Mike from Ape Towing in the Baltimore county region. He was responsive, patient, extremely kind and went out of his way to help me coordinate getting my car to the right place for the right fix!
